Balthazar Tours Responsible Tourism Policy We aim to design and operate our tours in a way that gives long-term economic benefit to the local communities at the same time as maintaining and improving the environment.  With that in mind and in keeping with our belief in preserving the culture and ecology of Morocco we aim to:

·  To ensure that our scale of tourism is appropriate to the local environment and dose not burden local infrastructure. To   promote a zero litter policy. ·  To use local suppliers wherever possible. ·  To develop long-term relationships with our associates so that the economic benefit is ongoing. ·   Where possible we will provide financial support for economic, social or environmental projects that will benefit the local communities Our Affiliates.

We aim to manage our holidays in a way that encourages positive cultural interactions. ·  We will encourage our clients to act in a socially responsible way. ·  We will attempt to give an understanding of the culture and community to our clients so that they can gain more from visiting them. ·  We will encourage our local partners to gain an understanding into the culture and way of life of our clients.

We will aim to incorporate the philosophy of responsible tourism throughout our entire business. ·         We will run our office in a responsible manner by using locally sourced products where possible. ·         We will aim to reduce our energy usage as well as recycling.
